Details
- Drove a 95% deprecation (200+ files) of a legacy consumer portal by consolidating two parallel web platforms into a unified Django and React (TypeScript + Webpack) system, achieving 100% production adoption for all new applicants following a phased A/B rollout
- Unlocked cross-sell opportunities for ~17k+ monthly loan applicants by combining early-stage (non-KYC'd) and late-stage (KYC'd) loan application flows into a unified platform
- Enforced security boundaries to prevent exposure of restricted internal services by architecting a Fastify-API orchestrator from scratch
- Wrote 40+ TAP TypeScript test suites for regression testing, verified behavior using demo-deployments & monitoring via Splunk logs
